Inbound Call Center Agent – Remote

We are looking for Inbound Call Center Agents to serve as the liaison between our company and its customers. Gardens Alive ships both live goods as well as gardening products, to our many customers each fall. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This position is 100% remote and necessary equipment to do your job successfully will be provided.

Pay: Up to $19/hour based on experience & education
Job Type: Seasonal
Location: Remote
Hours/Week: Variable - up to 40 hours/week available
Schedule:

Mainly 1st shift, Monday – Friday

Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Required)


Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers through high service standards
  • Enter customer orders, clarify information and identify & resolve customers’ needs
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products as they arise, resulting in commission opportunities
  • Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets

Skills and Abilities

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, contact center experience a plus.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on proper grammar
  • Customer focus and adaptability
  • Attention to detail
